Agreement Overview
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Zaylo's food delivery platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.
Zaylo is operated by Zaylo Technologies Ltd., a company registered in South Sudan. Our service connects customers with local restaurants and delivery riders to provide convenient food delivery services.
Description of Service
Zaylo provides a technology platform that connects customers with restaurants and delivery riders. We do not:
- • Own or operate any restaurants
- • Employ delivery riders directly
- • Prepare or cook food
- • Take ownership of food during delivery
We facilitate connections between customers, restaurants, and riders, and provide technology to enable seamless food ordering and delivery experiences.
User Accounts and Registration
- You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our terms
- One person may not maintain more than one account at a time
Orders and Delivery
- Orders are subject to acceptance and availability by restaurants
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances
- You must provide accurate delivery address and contact information
- Additional fees may apply for special delivery requests
- You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the order
- We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, or other factors
Payments and Pricing
- All prices are displayed in South Sudanese Pounds (SSP)
- Payment is due at the time of order placement
- We accept cash on delivery, mobile money, and credit/debit cards
- Additional delivery fees and service charges may apply
- Refunds will be processed according to our refund policy
- Pricing may change without prior notice
User Conduct and Responsibilities
- You must use our services only for lawful purposes
- You must not harass, abuse, or harm delivery riders or restaurant staff
- You must provide accurate order information and special instructions
- You must not attempt to circumvent our payment systems
- You must respect intellectual property rights
- You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Limitation of Liability
- We provide our services "as is" without warranties
- We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order
- We are not responsible for restaurant food quality or preparation
- We are not liable for delays or failures caused by third parties
- Force majeure events may affect service availability
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Zaylo and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Service, except as permitted by these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of South Sudan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved through binding arbitration in Juba, South Sudan, in accordance with the rules of the South Sudan Arbitration Center.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
